Return Policy
At Diabetik Foot Care India Pvt Ltd, we strive to ensure that you always select the right product for your needs. However, we understand that you may occasionally receive a product that does not meet your expectations. If you need to return an item, please review our Return Policy below and contact us at mesmedi@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RNA).
Delivery Timeline
We are committed to delivering your order within 0-7 days from the date of purchase. If you experience any delays or issues with your delivery, please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
Return Conditions
Return Period: Most items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Items must be returned at the customer’s expense in their original packaging and must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in new condition—no cracked, scratched, or dirty products will be accepted.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Return Authorization must be requested from Diabetik Foot Care India Pvt Ltd within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn due to health regulations, sanitary, and safety concerns. Merchandise that has come into direct contact with the human body cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Procedure: Please include your order number, name, and the item number you are returning. Products returned without an RNA number or alternative return approval will not be credited. To receive full credit, items must be shipped within 14 days from the day the return authorization and shipping information are provided by Diabetik Foot Care India Pvt Ltd.
Return Shipping
- Return freight is the customer’s responsibility. We highly recommend insuring larger items for their retail value to protect against shipping damage.
- Follow all return-shipping instructions provided by us. If an item is returned to the wrong address, Diabetik Foot Care India Pvt Ltd reserves the right to charge for any additional shipping fees.
Cancelled Orders
- Orders canceled after the item has shipped are subject to all standard return policies. You must accept delivery, obtain return information, and ship the item back to the correct address. If delivery of an item is refused, return shipping costs will be deducted from the issued credit, and a 25% restocking fee will apply.
Credits
- Once your return is received, Diabetik Foot Care India Pvt Ltd will refund the amount. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your credit to be issued.
If your item is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us. We will arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced promptly.
