Item Code: MF10gm-25

Monofilament 10gm (25 Nos): To standardize and simplify the detection of insensate foot, the 5.07/10-gm Monofilament is recommended by the International Diabetes Federation and the World Health Organization.

The Longevity and recovery testing suggest that the life of each monofilament can be extended after testing on 10 patients by leaving it to recover for 24 hours before further use. Worldwide research indicated testing from 2 to 10 sites per foot with monofilaments and we recommend testing at least 6 per foot.

Item Code: NA03

Neuropathy Assessment Kit - NA03: We have packaged three important simpler devices for the effective management of diabetic neuropathy. They are Tiptherm – 1No, Vibratip – 1No and Monofilament 10gm – 25 Nos.

TIPTHERM is an early diagnostic device for symmetrical polyneuropathy which measures temperature sensitivity of the skin. TIP THERM was developed to give the clinician and patient a convenient and easy to use method of testing. It works up to a temperature of 23°C.

VIBRATIP is a device resembling a small key fob that provides a near-silent vibration of consistent amplitude at a frequency similar to that of a calibrated tuning fork. It is intended for use when testing a person's vibration perception during routine checks for diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) in people who have type 1 or type 2 diabetes.

Monofilaments are an effective, convenient, easy to use, relatively inexpensive way of testing for loss of protective sensation in the feet in daily clinical practice.

Item Code: FT4

IR Non-Contact Foot Thermometer – FT4: Inflammation is one of the earliest signs of tissue injury and ulceration. Skin temperature measurements can be easily performed and assessed by using the FT4 Thermometer as a diagnostic tool for diabetic foot ulcerations and Charcot arthropathy. If the temperature of corresponding sites on the left and right foot differed by >2.2oC (4oF), patients were advised to contact the doctor and to reduce the number of steps taken in the following days until the temperature difference was <2.2oC. Early diagnosis and early treatment is crucial for the healing of diabetic foot lesions and resources for early interventions must therefore be available to take care of a higher number of suspected foot complications.

Item Code: NS Home

Neuropathy Therapy Stimulator NEUROSTIM- Home: This handheld device with dual channel of stimulation output is designed for the small clinics or patients use at home. Built-in dual mode of treatment provides Neuropathy Therapy Stimulation (NST) and Muscle Stimulation (EMS). NST mode is used for the DPN pain and numbness. EMS is used for strengthening of the muscles. A combination therapy of both NST & EMS provides longer lasting results. Most patient feel the difference after five days of usage. Reduces the pain, improves the balance and motivates the patient to walk confidently. Helps the patient to sleep without the nagging, burning sense and pain.

Item Code: NL Home

IR LED Light Therapy NEUROLITE - Home: Treatment with the NEUROLITE system is simple and painless. Flexible pads, containing multiple infrared and visible red diodes, are placed directly on the skin over the area of pain or injury. Light energy from the diodes penetrates beneath the skin and is absorbed by proteins within cells that lay beneath the skin. Those cells release nitric oxide, the body's natural vasodilator. After just 20 minutes of treatment, blood flow is increased to nerves and other tissues, and this boost in local circulation persists for several hours after the pads are removed.

Item Code: Durometer:

Durometer SHORE A: The Shore durometer is a device for measuring the hardness of a material, typically of polymers, elastomers, and rubbers. Higher numbers on the scale indicate a greater resistance to indentation and thus harder materials. Lower numbers indicate less resistance and softer materials. Durometer measurement scales range from 0 to 100 but there is no such thing as a durometer unit of measurement. Durometer numbers simply represent a relative comparison of hardness between different but similar materials that have had their hardness measured using the same durometer scale, device and measurement standard.

Item Code: OM01

Orchidometer: An orchidometer is a medical instrument used to measure the volume of the testicles. Normal volume is 15 to 25 ml; the average is 18 cm³ per testis (range 12 cm³ to 30 cm³). Discrepancy of testicular size with other parameters of maturation can be an important clue to various diseases. Small testes can indicate either primary or secondary hypogonadism. Testicular size can help distinguish between different types of precocious puberty.
